Chemical Properties: Triethylenetetramine is a multifunctional amine with high reactivity. It can react with acids, acyl chlorides, esters, aldehydes, and ketones to form salts, amides, esters, and other compounds. It is stable at room temperature and pressure but sensitive to oxidizing agents and strong acids or bases.
Main Applications: Used as a complexing agent, dehydrating agent for alkaline gases, dye intermediate, solvent for epoxy resins, etc.
Packaging and Storage:
● Packaging: Tank trucks, 200-liter drums, ISO tanks, IBC ton barrels, etc.
● Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from sources of ignition and high temperatures. Store separately from oxidizing agents, strong acids, and bases to prevent unnecessary chemical reactions.
